Troubleshooting Actually Worked

Normally when I click on Security History from the Security icon on the left, the info loads right away. However, after a 2 hour power outage yesterday, the history would not load. Restart didn’t help.

I ended up going to Settings/Troubleshooting and clicked on “Repair Norton” in the “Still having problems” section.

After a few seconds I received a prompt to restart - history loaded right away again.

It’s nice when something actually works to correct a problem rather than to create new ones.
