Hello Norton forum users,
I had an issue with the network security map that the help file didn't help me with. I hope that maybe the Norton users here could shed some light for me.
According to the help, only user added devices show up in the "trust control" section of the security map. However, I see two unidentified devices there that I did not add myself. I do not recognize their MAC addresses from any of the devices in my home. They show up on the non-trust control section as well as two routers/switches. Both show as being offline.
Anyone know how these devices could pop up in my trust control section without my adding them? Or why routers I am unfamiliar with might be popping up as having been connected to my network?
