I have registered with norton safesearch as I understood that this would filter out adult content when my son is using YouTube. However, I have set my son's account up, changed his user account that he already had to limited and made sure that safesearch is switched on, but when I go to YouTube and type certain words into the search box unwanted content still shows up. What am I doing wrong please?
