Trying to download Norton

when trying to add new device (Laptop with Windows 11) to my subscription, will not download as it does not recognize Windows 11 and thinks that the device is on an older version of windows

What is the error message you are seeing?

@David_Comeau Are you logging into your Norton account then downloading from there?

Edited: Is your Windows 11 install running in S mode or an ARM CPU ?
