Trying to get a refund on a yearly subscription

Good Day

I was wondering if anyone has had and Luck in canceling a subscription?

I’m loosing my mind with attempting this. Can’t find a way to contact anyone, or put a request in. I can’t find any number to call, and the support options keep looping back to the top level.

So hoping for hints on how to navigate Norton’s red tape (clearly a attempt to make this as painful as possible). before I go to my Credit card and dispute the Norton yearly Subscription charge for the May 6/2025 thru May 6/2026 subscription charge (Its still a month away)

Unfortunately, that link goes to same support site I’ve been going nuts trying to sort out my issue, which when you drill down toward a refund, it resets and drops you back at the main selection. Tried different browsers and devices but no luck..

Honestly feels like a tactic to help limit the number of refunds they have to give out :frowning: Should be a selection in the billing section of my account where I can click for a refund.

I got into a Norton AI chat (not sure how) for something else, and was able to get bumped to a human, who was understanding but said they couldn’t do anything and offered me a link to phone number and chat support, to which I replied, if the link is the same sort of issued support round about that I’ve been experiencing, then my next step was to dispute the payment with my CC company… They then refunded me…

So got to where I needed to be; just thought it was a little underhanded for Norton not being straight forward on the refund.
