Trying to get a refund

I’ve been trying to contact norton for over a week. i’ve tried multiple times to ask for a refund as i no longer use norton. I had cancelled my subscription, my address has changed, my bank card has changed, norton was deleted from the work computer and it still charged an annual subscription fee. it says 60 day refund guarantee, which i’m eligible for. i find it hard to believe that any humans actually work for norton. can’t even get a phone number to talk to someone. extremely annoyed and frustrated with norton after using for many years, i’m seeing a darker scam side to this company.
