I realise this will have limited interest because I am using Outlook 2000 (but then apart from this problem it does the job). I'm using NIS 2010. Whenever I get a false positive or false negative identification of an e-mail I try to move it in or out of the Norton Antispam Folder by using the Norton Antispam Toolbar buttons. I'm then asked to confirm that I wish a message to be sent to Norton about the e-mail. When I try to do this Outlook is forced to close. Any ideas?
