I dont connect with turkey location on your VPN produck .Shows just trying to connect virtual ip.that is all .How I can resolve this?

Are you using Norton VPN standalone or Norton 360 ?
Are you on PC, Mac, ios or Android ?
It works for me on my phone.
Perhaps you could use Live Update until no more updates are offered.
Then restart your device and try again.
Can you make a feedback after that please ?
