Running Norton Security and have had 2 separate vaults set up under our account. Ever since Norton Community changed and I had to set up my access through our norton account login, I have been unable to open my vault which is under a different email than my husbands, which is using the email associated with our account. I can open my vault through identitysafe.norton.com and all of my logins are there. I need to be able to access the vault for logging into my sites. Please help. This is very frustrating. All was working well before the change in norton community access.
