Two more questions--does NIS 2009 work well with Firefox 3.0 and Windows Live Mail?

Now that you just solved one problem I'll give you two more:

Since we were recently attacked by a nasty trojan (prior to our move to a new PC and NIS 2009) security is now a must.  I have read several places that Firefox is a more secure internet browser than IE 7 which the one that came with our new Vista based PC.  Is NIS 2009 fully compatible with Firefox 3.0?  Are there known conflicts between NIS 2009 and Firefox?  And since I have installed NIS 2009 already, is it safe to install Firefox after NIS 2009 has been installed (or should Firefox have been installed first?)

Also, I recently was informed that Microsoft is no longer supporting/updating Windows Mail for Vista (nuts--and I just got it.)  Seems like they are trying to push everyone over to Windows Live Mail, which is, as I understand, a more web-based email client.  Is NIS 2009 fully compatible with Windows Live Mail?  Are there known conflicts?  Does it scan emails and attachments that are sent to Windows Live Mail?

I would be accessing my email through Windows Live Mail from my ISP's  gmail account that uses SSL--so I'm assuming that, as with Windows Mail, there would be no scanning of incoming emails because of the SSL-- so, as in Windows Mail, the safest thing to do would be to receive the mail in plain text and save any attachments to my hard drive before opening them, to get NIS 2009 to scan them.

I know that buy changing from Windows Mail to Windows Live Mail it seems like I am only asking for trouble here--but we have multiple email accounts and Windows Live Mail would handle them much better than Windows Mail does.  But if NIS 2009 does not work well with Windows Live Mail, I'll skip it and stay with Windows Mail (or perhaps another email client that you suggest works well?)

Thanks so much for all your help--
