Suddently there are two norton icons in tasktray. One is yellow with checkmark and the other is grayed with a red x on it. I am running a full scan right now. Computer seems working normally but I am avoiding to do anything else until the full scan finishes. The normal looking icon, when hover mouse over it brings up a green sign saying “Norton 360 You Are Protected”. Do I really need to worry? click-right click on the normal looking icon brings up a menu showing Auto Protect and Firewall are currently ON. right-clicking menu over the grayed icon with the red x does not show any popup menu right now.
STill running the scan, at so far 225000 files, “14%” complete; so this will take a while.

note: I also notice when I open the windows-shield icon the screen which opens also indicates in the section called “Firewall and Network Protection” says “No Action Needed” and there is a green checkmark by it. So I wonder do I have anything to worry about (yet)?
