How does one know that thay have received "both" parts of the version 21.2? I know I have the Engine part.

Yep I've got Version 21.2.0.38, also NTB ver- 2014.7.0.43, and NVP 12.1.0.10-1, although i still don't see the auto backup in the toolbar options for the export. I was wondering if it is OK to update Firefox to v 28?

Yes, you can upgrade to FF28 as the latest version of N360 supports it.
