Woody Leonhard posted today (08-Feb-2020) about issues associated with the optional update KB4532695 at https://www.askwoody.com/2020/microsofts-optional-non-security-win10-1903-1909-patch-kb-4532695-having-a-host-of-problems/.  I haven't installed this update so I can't provide any feedback on its effect on my own Win 10 Pro v1909 machine.

EDIT:

Also note that Woody's 04-Feb-2020 article at https://www.computerworld.com/article/3519270/the-optional-non-security-update-for-win10-version-1909-kb-4532695-runs-zero-for-two.html notes that Win 10 v1909 users are still reporting buggy behaviour with the Search function in File Explorer after applying KB4532695, and that early speculation that the updated jscript9.dll file in this update would patch the Internet Explorer JScript vulnerability ADV200001/CVE-2020-0674 was incorrect.

I got it all at one time.

Hi Krusty13:

Thanks for the heads up.  I've occasionally experienced some of bugs in File Explorer's search bar that were mentioned in the Woody on Windows 19-Dec-2019 article Bugs continue to haunt Win10 version 1909 (e.g., the search bar turns into a grey box or refuses to accept user input), and it's nice to see Microsoft finally taking steps to fix these problems with today's optional KB4532695 (builds 18362.628 and 18363.628).  Release notes for KB4532695 are posted <here>.

Today's AskWoody.com article The latest “optional, non-security, C/D Week” patch for Win10 1903 and 1909 is out also mentions that KB4532695 includes an updated jscript9.dll file. Woody Leonhard speculates this optional OS update might also fix the recently documented JScript vulnerability ADV200001 / CVE-2020-0674 in Internet Explorer that he posted about <here> on 17-Jan-2020 but Microsoft hasn't confirmed (yet?) that a bug fix for ADV200001 was included in KB4532695.
