UK Telephone Number does not Exist / Chat ends every time connection to Live Agent

Honestly, I absolutely despair.

What sort of company publishes a “dead line” telephone number on their website.

What sort of company has a Chat functionality it is impossible to get transferred from a Virtual Agent to a Live Agent

If anyone from Norton actually has an ounce of decency and wants to show any sort of Customer care, please DM me so I can actually ENGAGE in REAL TIME with someone who has any technical ability.

And after going through Virtual Assistant 4 times every time it said it would hand my over to an agent then the chat ended.

Did you use Norton Family as the category as the backend CRM routing would route to a specific chat queue and if no agents are logged on with that category skill set it could fail.

Not that I know what I’m talking about……..
