Unable to access Antitrack and Norton Support

I have been having an issue with AntiTrack for the last several days. When I am on my Norton Dashboard, AntiTrack is showing Issue Found and setup is needed. I have been using it since last year and have several email masks in there. When I click on learn more, I get the below message. Same message if I click on support also. Does not matter what browser I use. I currently have Windows 11 25H2 and have tried in Brave, Firefox and Edge browsers. I even opened Antitrack on my Android phone and signed into my Norton dashboard and clicked on learn more in Antitrack showing needs set up and go same error. Same when I clicked on support. My browser shows setup is needed for AntiTrack and if I click setup, I get a page that opens with a message box “something went wrong try again later” and then displays with a dashboard and when I click on Dashboard it shows 0 masks, and I should have about a dozen or more in there. I show no email address to mask, and I am unable to create one and If I click settings, I am unable to add an email address to mask. When I Check Norton Service status support shows up and running. I have been able to change the email on a few accounts from the mask I used in Private Email but since I am unable to access any of the masks, I can’t find what other sites have a masked email. Very frustrated since I pay a VERY LARGE AMOUNT of money to Norton every year and I am unable to access something. Was Private Email dropped?

Related? My 25’ Alexa console is still not working correctly.

This is definitely not related to AWS as this has been an issue since last week, I tried to fix the privqate email dashboard with the link above but got the same service unavailable zero object error. I can’t even open support wiothout getting that error. Ansd no vpn not on, anti track extension enabled. Browser cache deleted, and computer cache deleted and computerr rebooted. I tried a different computer and same issue. On my cell i tried accessing through the norton browser and same issue. I will try using a hotspot (and not my phone) and see if that fixes, but internet connection most likely not the issue as my main norton dashboard shows error with aintitrack.

are you United States?
Maybe, I can post Norton support phone number…your location…if you want.

@Richard_A_Aufmuth Please verify whether you have the Windows 11 update KB5066835 installed. This update may be an issue regarding Windows. Your other devices are most likely seeing issues related to backend services at Norton.

Yes, KB5066835 is installed on both of my Win11 computers.

I do not believe KB5066835 is causing my issue. I have signed into my Linux laptop connected to a 5G hotspot and signed into Norton and on My Subscriptions AntiTrack shows same Issue Found and when I click Learn More a new tab opens and I get the same exact Service Unavailable Zero Object error. So whatever this is it is not related to the KB listed. I have flushed my DNS (since I know DNS is at fault often) and rebooted the first and second Windows computers multiple times and tried different browsers. I am currently using my Linux laptop that only has Ubuntu 25.10 installed and not even on my home network, rather my 5G hotspot which is not a cell phone. I am perplexed. I noticed the error showing on my Norton Subscription page early last week. It was not until this past weekend on Saturday morning when I wanted to access my private emails to change the forwarding address on them when I discovered I could not access them. It acts like I do not have a subscription AntiTrack which I do. It does not matter what computer and O/S I use and what network I connect to. I have even rebooted my router and modem and no change. Even my cell phone using Norton’s AntiTrack (which is their Browser) I get the same error. Something on Norton’s end that is STILL occurring. And yes I am in the US.

As stated earlier, the main issues are with Norton backend services. The KB I posted about was as it always is my side, working from the inside out to find a solution. Your original post stated the error: " Service Unavailable - Zero size object". This is what AI states about that issue: Its Norton servers that are the issue.

The “service unavailable zero size object” error means a web server cannot fulfill a request, likely due to a backend issue or a problem with a connection between servers, resulting in an empty or “zero-sized” response

Support would be your best recourse since we do not have access to those services here on the forums. Give them the reference ID that you posted earlier as well.
