I am receiving "Internal Server error" when I attempted to log in through the taskbar icon and a page saying your server is down when attempting to connect through the web. This is blocking me from allowing access to a website I need to access from my daughter's computer.
Please advise me on how to work around this problem or how to uninstall your product as it is behaving in a malicious manner.
