I have an Epson RX620 connected to my desktop PC (Xp) upstairs and was always able to print from my laptop (Win 7) downstairs.
Since the last live update, I get an "error printing" error on my laptop when I look at what documents are due to print but there is nothing in the same window when I look on my desktop PC upstairs.
It seems that Norton on my Desktop PC is blocking data being sent to the printer.
In simple terms, as I am not a PC wizard, how can I tell Norton to allow this to work?
Where do I look? What do I look for?, How do I tell it to let this data through?
