Last week I installed Norton Internet Security (2012, 2013?) version 19.7.1.5- replacing Kaspersky- on a different compute than I am on right now. It is not allowing access to secure sites, including Hotmail, and my banking. I am running Windows XP Media Center Edition, version 5.1 Service Pack 3.
The computer I am using for this post right now is running Norton Interner Security version 16.8.3.6 on Windows 7 Home Premium, which works fine. How do I fix this problem- is it in the settings, or is my 5 year old machine not compatible with this most recent version of Norton?
Dick- Thank you for the quick reply. I used the windows uninstaller and IObit's Advanced System care uninstaller, too. Looks like I will need to use the Kaspersky unistall tool as well. I will try that now.
