Unable to activate account for Safe Web verification

 I have recently created a Norton account to ask for re-evaluation of our web site under the Safe Web system.

 

However, I am not able to activate the Norton account as we are simply not receiving any e-mail containing the activation code! Therefore, please activate my account as soon as possible.

 

E-mail address used is the same as for this Norton Community account.

 

As some of our customers are currently being incorrectly turned away from our website by Norton, I'd appreciate it if you could activate our account as soon as possible so we can apply for re-evaluation!
