Issue abstract: Unable to add or remove devices

Detailed description: I have had Norton 360 for several years and recently my wife got a new phone and I went in to remove her old phone and add the new one and I am unable to add or remove any devices.

Product & version number: Norton 360 Deluxe

@Randy_Guinn Hello. Are you attempting to remove or add devices using a mobile device or a PC? And are you doing so with a VPN active while doing so?

Remove your existing device and transfer your license to another device

1. Sign in to your account.
2. On the My Account page, on the My Subscriptions tab, select the product you want to manage.
3. Under the product, click Manage Licenses.
4. In the pop-up window, choose the device that you no longer use, and then under Remove License, click the bin icon.
   
5. In the Remove License window, click Remove to confirm.
6. To install Norton on a new device, click Download.
7. In the Get Started page, click Send Download Link. Follow the on-screen instructions to download and install the product on a different device.

Remove license from an unused device

1. Sign in to your account.
2. In the top-right corner of the page, hover over the account icon or photo and click My Subscriptions.
3. On the My Account page, on the My Subscriptions tab, select the product you want to manage.
4. Under the product, click Manage Licenses.
5. In the pop-up window, choose the device that you no longer use, and then under Remove License, click the bin icon.
6. Click Remove to confirm.
