Unable to cancel "Malicious Web Site Blocking"

My OS: Windows 7 Ultimate

As an example, when I enter web site netdepviet.org. NIS 2010 is blocking it with a message "Malicious Web Site Blocked".

I am aware of the risk but I want to enter the website.

Although I disable NIS firewall, antivirus and everything, even I reset, firefox, internet explorer and computer, it is still blocking the website with "Malicious Web Site Blocked" message while everything is disabled in NIS.

There is no way to enter the website without uninstalling NIS.

I am aware of the risk.

Is there a way of visiting the malicious web site without uninstalling NIS 2010? I can execute high risked viruses when I disable antivirus. But why can't I visit the malicious web sites when I disable everything? Is this a bug?

HI loaranbase

It isn't a bug it is by design, Norton is protecting you from infected web sites.

So do you say me the only way of to disable that Malicious Web Site protection is uninstalling Norton Internet Security?

Hi loranbase

Turning off Browser Protection etc in Web Settings should allow you to access the site you wish to but I would advise that you do not do so.

As I told above, I turned off everything but it is still blocking. Please only reply if you know a solution of this problem..

Hi loranbase

When you turned off the various features did you set the "Select The Duration" settings to "Permanently" and reboot the PC?

Yes.

1) All of the features of NIS 2010 (both firewall and antivirus) are turned off "Permanently".

2) I reboot the PC.

3) Again I checked, all the features are still turned off.

4) The web page is still getting blocked with the same "Malicious Web Site Blocked" message.

I tried everything. I think there is no way to stop that Malicious Web Site protection without uninstalling NIS 2010. Also I think this is a bug. Is there a way to report a bug for NIS 2010?

You could use the "Leave Feedback" link in the NIS 2010 front page at the top.

Hello loranbase,

Pardon me jumping in here, but something doesn't sound right.

Could you post a screen shot of the "Malicious Web Site Blocked" message?

Thanks!
