Windows 7 home preimum. I have uninstalled and re installedn Ghost 15.0 multiple times. Fixed symsnapservice, symsnap vss provider to automatic and started. I still get the "cannot connect ot agent on computer inspiron - 546. On onpening Ghost I get the ususal " connecting and retrieving information from backyup and recovery service on ..." then locks up about 95% thru the process and freezes there for hours.
HELP...
