Issue caused by reviving Norton vpn installed as well as Norton 365.
Uninstall both apps and install norton365
This includes vpn !
I have similar problem after each update from Norton. Now with 24.8.0 (d8a0894d8767).
That is why I don’t install on all device, I would not be able to check here.
Are these update tested?
Sound like that big worldwide crash in major companies a few weeks back, or Apple updates a few years back.
Maybe I should just deinstall and find more stable product?
I can’t show the picture of the Error message.
Here it is “Well this is embarrassing… Sorry, we’ve run into a problem. Please try again later” can’t add the picture what is later? How many times?
I have same problem. I have to connect: settings/vpn/toggle manually to on.
Even though the application says it cannot connect. I check with
what’s my ip location and it gives me the same ip number.
Also download and install Ethernet Status Lite; free. This also gives you
message if you are connected and to where you are connected.
I have uninstalled and reinstalled twice. same problem.
I’m running iMac 15.0. connected with ethernet.
I wasn’t aware there was a Norton 365?
All I can find is Norton 360.
