My Norton software will not load on my computer. Nor will it uninstall. When I try to open the program a white window opens saying ’ welcome to support’. It then comes up saying ‘attention - we failed to fix 1 items’
And I also can’t connect to the Internet via any browser (chrome, Firefox and IE). I have tried flushing the DNS, changing proxy settings and system restores none of which worked. I have a full wireless connection and am able to connect on other devices. Hence why this appears to be a norton issue.
Any advice and assistance would be appreciated.
