Issue abstract: Norton won’t accept product key
Detailed description: Product key was provided but Norton won’t accept. As a result, unable to activate Norton’s protection on the 2nd device, after paying for subscription to protect three Macs. Why won’t Norton accept the product key? Appreciate in advance for your help to resolve this problem.
@Micron
Did you previously have Norton installed before purchasing the new product and key?
Have you tried to activate online? My Norton - Login | Manage, Download or Setup an Account
Are you getting the message “invalid product key”.

Thanks very much for your responses. The problem has since been fixed. Yes, Norton already installed in the device had to be removed first. Once reinstalled, it is working fine now. Best wishes to you!!!
For those who have the same problem, please note that it was very difficult to find the uninstall link in the Help section of Norton. You must have this in order to uninstall Norton from your device.
