Hi all,
I have NIS 2011 installed on my laptop (Windows XP Home SP3). NIS has been on an "At Risk" status no matter what I do.
I have tried the regular fix from NIS, reinstalling NIS and also the Norton Power Eraser. When LiveUpdate is run, everything goes ok but even after installing updates, the "Protection Updates" status still says "Not Fixed".
Please help.
