I upgraded my Windows 8.1 tablet to Windows 10 today and my Norton 360 disappeared. I logged on to my account and tried to re-download from there and it kept failing. So I downloaded the N360 ver. 22.5.2.15 installation file and executed it. I then got a message that my trial expired when I try to run it. It wants me to activate it. When I click on activate, it gives me an "unable to proceed (-1010)" error. My subscription is up-to-date and I only have 2 active devices. What do I need to do to get N 360 on my tablet? Thanks.
