Unable to install Antivirus 2010

Hi There,

I downloaded the trial and the Download Manager proceeds to the point where I agree to install.  Once clicked, I get a message:

   "An unrecoverable error has occurred.  Please click Technical Support for more information"

 

I noticed that this problem happened in the beta but I didn't install the Beta before.  I did have Endpoint Protection installed but had removed it (though I had to manually remove the registry since it didn't formally uninstall).

 

I'm running WindowsXP MCE SP3 on 2.67 GHz with 1GB of RAM.

 

Any suggestions on how I proceed?  Thanks.
