Unable to login on my samsung s5

Hi when I try to login to my account by the three bars it doesn't login and this seems to go round in circles as every time I click on the three bars all I see is the Login button.

This also happens when I try to do the contacts back up it keeps asking for my login details.

I have done the clear the app cache but the data tab isn't highlighted so unable to clear that.

I then have restarted my phone but nothing changes, it is just the same as before.

My security is the fully paid up version according to my account page

the Samsung android os is 5.1.1

The reason the App Data is greyed out is a setting in the NMS app. From tapping on the 3 bars, scroll down to App Settings. Scroll to the Anti Theft section and turn off the Device Administrator setting. Then you should be able to delete the App Data from the Android Settings. Then restart the phone again and see if you can log into your Norton Account.

Be sure you turn on the Device Administrator setting again,
