Unable to manage my devices

Hello

Today i was loggin into my norton account on the official webpage to delete some of my devices which is not i use anymore. Currently im using norton multi devices 360, and im using all 5 licens at the moment. 

On the startup page it is written that im using all my licens, but when im going to the management page, only one devices is shown. 

Also when im going to turn on remote management in the 360 program on my pc, i get the "unable to retrieve norton account" fail message.

Hope you will find a solution to my obivious annoying problem.
