I've been trying to find the "re-evalute" option for quite some time now, but I keep spinning in circles.
On http://safeweb.norton.com/site_dispute it says "For step by step instructions on requesting a re-evaluation of your web site, visit our site owner introduction."
And on the site owner introduction (http://safeweb.norton.com/help/site_owners) it says:
"Do you think your Web site's rating is inaccurate?
On the "site dispute" tab, click the "Re-evaluate my site" link next to your Web site name. You can raise your concerns and issues regarding content on your Web site here."
But when going to site dispute, all I see next to my website name is:
Remove site from my profile
Add a Site Owner
Notify me when site rating changes
Notify others of site rating changes
And no re-evaluate option, but it says For step by step instructions on requesting a re-evaluation of your web site, visit our site owner introduction. (Which brings me back to the beginning of this posts, it keeps going in circles).
----
Someone noticed and reported to me, that my website http://krneky.com has been infected: http://safeweb.norton.com/report/show?url=krneky.com
I've noticed the infection without the report a while ago, it was a .htaccess error, by one of the members that was hosted on a subdomain. This was later removed by myself.
Hope to get this sorted soon.
Cheers,
