I’ve been using Norton 360 with Lifelock for some time now and have never been able to get any customer support. I’ve tried to chat, phone calls, and even sent a letter in the mail. Nothing! My biggest issues now are passwords. I completely understand that it is my fault for having forgotten passwords, but not having a way to retrieve and move on is especially frustrating. I can’t tell you how many hours I’ve spent going back and forth on the website trying to figure this out. For example, when I click on Forgot Password, why am I being asked to provide a password, instead of having some actual process to follow to either recover my password, or actually change. I guess I’ve probably said more than enough for this post. Very frustrating.

If you did not set up Passwordless Vault Unlock nor Password Recovery Key.
Sorry, only you know your Norton Password Manager vault password.
Users need to setup recovery key and biometric authentication before forgetting their vault password.

Are you requiring you Norton Account password? If you can get into your account you, I believe, there is option to change your vault password, whether you have to type in your existing vault password or not, can’t remember but, a few months ago did change account password which was straight forward, there again can’t remember if old was required. first… With account login, user name (my email address} already filled in
