Hi
Was just trying Power eraser on a Cybercafe comp. it failed to remove 2 .exe present in the desktop.
the strange part is that I was able to get rid of the exe via shift+delete
it also failed to remove 2 .dll`s
another Problem I faced was i had to intall norton live update`s like 5 times(Def. 130 Days old)
once it was 91mb
then 88mb
then 84mb
then 50.45mb and again 54.40mb but this time the updates were succesfull
All 5 times only the Antivirus definitions were not installing.
since it`s a cybercafe comp. and after installing Norton did detect some as Suspicious.Cloud
I guess the threats could have interfered with the update processes
