Unable to request a refund

Trying in vain to request a refund for Norton 360.  Any link I can find only loops back to more "Help" articles but no way to actually contact customer support or request the refund.  Just help articles.  How do I ACTUALLY contact Norton to request the refund????

seems copy and paste several times by person provided no help

you would need to contact them by phone and request the refund, if i recall you will need to submit your receipt

i dont recall the time table you have it could be what ever you have remaining ( divided by month the amount)

thanks, I see the phone number after wading through the terrible help articles interlinking each other and having hidden links like 'i STILL need help.. but it prints a button for "verfication code" (which is blank) - when i click verification code link - i dont see anything - what a terrible experience

i am able to browse the whole world wide web but unable to reach norton support who seem to be on planet zion.

and no you cannot expect users to do "four steps" to reach them.

i tried on one desktop computer a week back.

today i tried on a second laptop that i just did a CLEAN installation 10 minutes back to Windows 11.

if your chat window is not popping up and if your phone number 'verification code' is not visible then you need to fix your website to be user friendly not ask them to do take a strange rituals in order to get to zion. shame.

same endless buttons everywhere across articles and no clear path to even PAYING customer. nowhere i get a chat window or 'confirmation code' for a phone call. Such horrendous business practices. the worst experience with support ever. been trying to put a refund request for 2-3 weeks now and I only have so much time everytime I attempt it and its nothing but  frustration. such a shame.
