Unable to Run Full System Scan

I just renewed my subscription to Norton Internet Security.  After doing this, I went to run a full system scan.  When I click on “Run Full System Scan” under tasks and scans, the help and support screen is brought up instead.  The same thing happens when I try to schedule a full system scan.  When I click the button to do this, the help screen is brought up.  Any help to solve this problem would be appreciated.  Thanks.
