UNABLE TO Run GHOST 15 in windows 7 - protray.exe error

Hi

I installed Ghost 15 on a new acer aspire one windows 7 PC.

It installed ok, but when the program starts, I get

Runtime error

Program: C:\program files (x86)\norton ghost\agent\protray.exe

and the program won't start.

 

suggestions please
