Unable to save citibank login

After deleting multiple CitiBank logins, I am now unable to get ID safe to save a new, clean one.  [The login is saved on my laptop, so this is a problem only on my Desktop PC.  Both computers use Windows XP Pro, both with SP3 and all updates current. My N360 is new to both computers as of May 2009. The install also includes the add-on pack of Privacy (in use) and Parental controls (not set).]

This first weblink is to the sign-on page with my username saved in a cookie, locally.

This second link is to the logon page after I deleted the cookie.

While I did close the browser window after deleting, I did not try rebooting the PC, before attempting to save a new login.  The only other attempt made was to log out of ID safe, then log back on.

1.  My 'Manage logins' list holds some login info that the 'Cards and logins drop-down list' does NOT show for some OTHER websites I have entered.  CitiBank is listed on neither list.

2.  Occasionally when I open thru Settings, the Identity Protection page, the page locks completely.  And, I have found no way off this freeze page without rebooting the system.

These last two are mentioned in case my installation may be corrupted.  I have not found a Detect and Repair feature.  The one-click support scan does not seem to discover these issues.

Is there another solution for getting my bank logon info back?  Should I be concerned that some logins appear only on the Manage logins page?

thanks for the assist.
