Unable to scan my Skydrive account with Norton Satellite

Hello,


I installed Norton Satellite in December 2012 to test this new product.
Since I was able to analyze Facebook, Twitter, Dropbox, files and folders. :smileyvery-happy:

But I can not analyze my skydrive account. I run the analysis, but it fails during the analysis. Norton Sattelite then returns to the home page with my Skydrive account unanalyzed. :smileysad:

What additional information do you need to reproduce the problem?
