I have been using Norton Internet Security since March 2015.
Today, thought of scanning my laptop. So went to Norton, and the message there was to scan my laptop, since it was a long time that a full scan was performed. When i click the 'Full scan' in Scan Now, nothing happens. Googled up the problem, saw the same problems someone else had faced in the forum. But thought i would ask.
Also, tried a Quick scan from the toolbar. That didn't work out as well. Please help.
One more thing, Settings tab also doesn't work. Unable to open the Settings as well.
