I have had Norton 360 for several years now and have had "Dark Web Monitoring" on. I noticed there was a update to the app a few days ago and it won't give me the option to turn on the "Dark Web Monitoring" anymore, did Norton remove this option for us?
Yes, I am signed in on the app but the "Dark Web Monitoring" icon has a red "X" on it and no option to turn it on. It says "Active Monitoring Off". The button that reads "Setup" is grayed out. I tried contacting Norton but they just keep transferring me to different people then I get cut off.
Are you signed into your Norton Account within your 360 app?
