My affiliate link for the offer landing page “Easy Canvas Print” as follow has been wrongly flagged by Norton as dangerous webpage- phishing. Please refer to the following URLs for the false positive.
The webpage should be classified as shopping only and not "phishing" and it concerns printing of pictures and photos on canvas. I wanted to submit a dispute via the Safeweb dispute process but could not do so as it is stated that the site is under review and to review the rating after 48 hours and submit dispute. However, the review is pending for a long time already and far exceeding 48 hours. I have sent several email via feedback channel to Norton but received no response. Thus, I have no way to submit the site dispute to Norton to remove the false positive.
Anyway to communicate with Norton to remove the false positive since the feedback channel is not working either?
Thank you very much for the suggestion to use the Safe Web URL submission portal - https://submit.norton.com/?type=URL to submit the disputes on the false positives. I have done so and the issues have since been resolved. It is good to know this alternative channel when the usual channel (https://safeweb.norton.com/help/site_dispute) stops you from submitting the disputes for whatever reasons.
