Unable to uninstall Norton 360

I am unable to uninstall Norton 360 from my laptop. The program won't open nor will the uninstaller. I have also tried to remove it from Add/Remove programs but nothing happens. I downloaded the removal tool from Symantecs website but it tells me that the tool has expired.

 

I have Vista Home.

Was able to remove Norton with the removal tool.
