Issue abstract: Unable to unlock vault using Norton Password Manager on Android; able to successfully log in to same account using desktop app for Firefox.
Detailed description: I have recently been unable to unlock my vault using my password on the Norton Password Manager app for Android, however, I am able to unlock the same vault using the same verified password on the desktop app for Firefox. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the Android app several times and rebooted the phone with no change. I see that there was a recent update (Oct. 9, 2024). Is this a known issue for Android that is being resolved?

try to disable the phone and enable it agian that somtimes works and there is more thing to do
Still no luck after a few phone shutdowns and restarts, and uninstalling and reinstalling the app. I have confirmed two different desktop computers will allow me to log in using my password on the Firefox extension, but the same password still fails on the Android app.
try it whit microsoft edge ore google chrome it got it to work and i use microsoft edge it can be a firefox bug
All browsers do work, it’s only the Android app that I cannot log into. Uninstalling and reinstalling did not change anything.
Some luck though! On a whim I uninstalled the latest version and installed a previous version (8.7.5.3513), and I can now successfully log in.
Since this seems to be isolated to a specific version, is there a place I could submit an official bug report?
Yes you can call norton and inform them aboute the bug good thing to do there is also other ways maybe say it in feedback in the android version
