I have Norton 360 on my Windows 11 but recently it suddenly started showing the error message "We are unable to verify your subscription due to an internal error. Contact Support for assistance."
I already tried the Remove and Reinstall tool. I still get the same thing. I also have a default browser.
Support said the problem was probably because some newly installed program or download corrupted Norton. He managed to completely uninstall Norton 360, clean up the corruption, and reinstall it. Try contacting them on Live Chat.
I'm the original poster. I asked Norton Support for help and they solved my problem. Someone else seemed to have the same problem. I suggest they talk to Support. Thanks.

Its from 3rd party.
The support says no problems with norton.
Subscription is still active for 9-7-2024
In settings enter product key doesn't work.
Norton Official Support says your Norton install has no problems?
Are you also W11?
Are you also seeing:
"We are unable to verify your subscription due to an internal error. Contact Support for assistance."
And Norton Official Support does not offer help for verifying your subscription?
Does Norton LiveUpdate run?
Does Norton Quick Scan run?
Does Restart (not Shut down) machine help?
Did you run Norton Remove and Reinstall Tool > Advanced Options > Remove Only [info here]?

I did run Norton LiveUpdate from the tray but it says failed to complete and that my subscription is expired. Norton QuickScan can't run. It says my product is inactive. Restart does not help. Also did the Remove Only and it doesn't fix the problem.
