Unauthorised access XAMPP

Hi all,

 

Was just trying to setup my own local development facility using XAMPP & having a few issues & was just wondering if anybody here could help me interpret what Norton is telling me here in the Security history logs & if it is worth worrying about at all with regard to just 'local' development & troubleshooting in general.

 

Noticed these entries I've shot below are popping up like every second in the security history upon starting the XAMPP control panel, would they be causing me any local issues?

Also any security concerns I should deal with regarding the entries?

Hi Sparx:

 

It just means that XAMPP has to access Norton files to a limited degree for access, and Norton is blocking any attempt to make changes to its files.  It is just logging Tamper Protection.  Not a problem.
