I canceled my Norton antivirus and after it expired I got a message from PayPal saying I authorized a payment of "$145.51 USD to NortonLifeLock Inc." I DID NOT authorize this and would like my money refunded. The Norton website does not make it easy to contact support for this type of error. We are retired on a fixed income and this is a problem for us.
