Unfortunately Norton Mobile Security has stopped

Have paid full version of Norton 360 Multi Device.  Installed NMS on 2 Galaxy S3's and running fine.  Had to replace my phone with the same model S3 the other day.  Went to install NMS on that phone.  Installation went fine without error.  When I open NMS, it opens but when either I select something, anything within NMS, I receive the message indicated within the subject each and every time.  Sometimes I'll get this message shortly after just opening NMS and doing nothing.

I've removed and reinstalled NMS at least 6 times on this phone.  The phone is new and has nothing out of the ordinary on it.  Very minimul apps, nothing running in the background that wasn't enabled as new.

I've tried about everything I can think of.  After installation, prior to opening NMS, I've disabled GPS, Data, WiFi, BT with no joy.

I've searched the forums and anything related to this topic is rather dated.

Any help with this issue would be appreciated, as this is driving me nuts.  Thanks.
