In addition, the vault data is stored in the cloud on Norton’s server. So anything you do locally on your system will not affect the vault data.

Hi SA, I wrote this reply yesterday but the system would not let me send it due to a limit on user reply quantity.
Totally done and still got the error on the first download file but then it wanted to download a second step install file and that usually bombed as well BUT NOT THIS TIME!!!
It all worked and it found the new version/key I had already installed on my iPad & Android phone so now all three are up to date and protected.
THANKS FOR YOUR HELP… next year I’ll just uninstall and reinstall.
