On old PC w/XPpro sp3 - After 2 chat sessions finally loaded avast and mcafee uninstall utils w/flash drv.(online access blocked by avast!) after uninstalling NSw/bkup (w/its ui util - not removal w/NRtool), the download key email and sign in page it opens are corrupted. (on redirect it 1st displays text of script, then sign-in says wrong password when its the same that I've just signed on here from my laptop.) I did not remove some other old AV remnants but got (I think) avast & mcafee, mostly. Long story but I need the spare machine (dinosaur!) and contents. Now have 2 late nights w/India invested.
