Uninstall-Reinstall

I noticed yesterday that my NORTON wasn’t working and wouldn’t even open. So I uninstalled it and reinstalled it with my original disk Norton Antivirus 2005. I have updated my Subscription each year online and I THINK I might have even upgraded this past year (2009) to Norton Internet Security. When I log into Norton to my account, they do show a different KEY # than the one on my disk. Anyway, I’ve done the live updates to Norton 2005 and it still says 2005. So I’m at a loss of what to do now. I might have to unistall again. Can someone please help? I don’t see anywhere that I an write to customer service about what to do. Thank you. Nancy B.
